Doctor accused of botching penis enlargements

Californian Doctor, Dr Gary Rheinschild faces possible discipline and even a reprimand of his licence following complaints that he messed up 3 penis enlargement surgeries prior to 2005.

According to the California Medical Board, Dr Rheinschild, aged 75, is believed to have caused gross negligence in his treatment of these 3 men and of continuing to practice despite demonstrating signs of eye problems.
Divulging his case, Rheinschild’s attorney claims that these allegations against his eye sight are misleading, as a Judge has already confirmed that he is not visually impaired. Continuing in his announcement, his attorney believes these complaints are a result of other practictioners seeking to ruin his reputation, and nothing more.

Is their complaint just?

Case Two:
21 year old customer asks for Dr Rheinschild in 2005. In his witness statement he claims that Dr Rheinschild’s hand often quivered and his short term memory was poor. Over 4 weeks after the expensive procedure, the graft attached onto his penis burst open and his penis quickly shortened. After repetitively seeking out a follow up with him – who declined – the client decided to go to another surgical practice to receive cosmetic surgery on his penis shaft.

Accusation No. 3:
Following penis enlargement surgery implemented by Dr Rheinschild, patient no. 3 complained of pain and a large scar after skin was taken surgically removed from his body to build the skin flap. Alongside this discomfort the patient noticed that his skin was becoming discolored. Despite attempting to contact him continually, his messages were never returned until he threatened to take his case to Medical officials
